Raye kali ni dah masuk 3 tahun aku beraye kat Canada.. Nak wat cmne, amanah rakyat kene la pegang btol2 n kene la berkorban. Time2 org kat Msia gembire2 pagi raye makan2 n meriah2 dgn family, aku bersame rakan2 seperjuangan lain dah pon start kelas utk fall term 2010. Fall ni aku ade kelas+lab 6jam straight dr kol 1130pagi smpai 530petang. Nice.
Dalam seminggu cuti ni ade satu mende yg bermain kat kpale aku n semakin lame pk semakin kaco jiwa. Mende tersebut adelah berkaitan terdetiknye hati aku nak keje kat Canada selama 3 tahun at least utk gain experience + duit dgn memane oil n gas company. Tgk la cmne nnti..mungkin masih awal lg aku nk pk pasal mende ni dalam2 skg.. Study pon ade 2 tahun lg. Insyaallah kalo aku berjaye keje kat sini slame 3 tahun, aku mampu bawak balik beratus ribu ringgit balik msia n aku da boleh ade asset sendiri seblom umo aku cecah 30 tahun.
Setelah membuat sedikit research, aku mendapati dgn gaji yg mampu diperolehi oleh seorang fresh graduate engineer, aku mampu membawa balik sehingga 100ribu ringgit setahun ke Malaysia. Bayangkan kalo keje 5 tahun..Perghh.. aku dah ade setengah juta ringgit mase umo aku 27tahun.. Aku bole beli tanah, umah, dan kete kat msia.
Nak2 lg skang ni ade job vacancy kat Fort MacMurray Alberta Canada under shell.. AKu mmg minat sgt nak terjun ke bidang piping utk oil n gas company,n skgni diorg bukak peluang pd fresh graduate 2011 n provide training.
Yg aku tau, byk lg preparation aku nk kene wat seblom aku dpt teruskan niat di hati.
Dapat cable pon best gak..

Kemerdekaan memerlukan Pengorbanan
n kemerdekaan tu aku rase dan alami sendiri tepat pada pukul 1030 malam waktu Canada kat Skeena Avenue pd tarikh 31 Ogos 2010..(malam 21 Ramadhan)
Agreement telah pon ditandatangani antara sume ex tenants 1512 Skeena Ave dan juge landlord umah tersebut dengan beberapa perkara dipersetujui. Antaranya:
1) Pihak lanlord kene pegi balik kat Board of Landlord and Tenants utk drop Notice of Hearing kat mahkamah.
2)No further actions will be taken by ex-tenants to landlord and vise versa (means pasni xkan ade pape kaitan lg antara ktorg n ktorg xnk jumpe atau tgk lg muke diorg)
dan JENG3!! PENGORNBANANNYE IALAH....:
5175cad =RM 15 274 , bebanan kpale otak selama hampir 2 minggu, mase dan juge tenaga nak kene ulang alik dr sini ke sana (dah 6-7 kali aku buke puase kol 12 tgh malam n 1 pagi disebabkan mende nih.
Sedikit Konklusi:
Aku merasakan yg actually solution yg diamek ialah fair play, kalo ktorg xsetuju dgn agrement tu maknenye ktorg akan ke mahkamah dan kemungkinan besar akan terpakse bayar 20ribu cad = RM 59 RIBU. Kenapa? Sebab lanlord umah tu mempunyai harta yg byk n dgn duit, die boleh gune lawyer yg gempak dan memenangi perbicaraan.
KENAPA DIE XTERUSKAN JE BAWAK KES GI MAHKAMAH?
act, lanlord ni adelah landlord yg sgt bermate duitan dan diorg jenis yg mengabaikan tenant,. segala kerosakan dlm umah telah direport tp diorg xamek action/ respon lambat smpi berbulan2, safety feature kat umah tu xsempurna sbb plug dibiarkan x bercover. Byk saksi yg bukan setakat kami, malahan tenant2 lain serta jiran2 tau yg keluarga landlord ni mmg xbgos. Ktorg pon ade check beberape policy kat Act of Landlord and Tenant yg memihak kpd kami.
Pointnye skang, ktorg ade point utk dibicarakan pasal lanlord ni kat mahkamah dan landlord ni juge ade point uk jatuhkan ktorg dan aku rase die akan menang kalo battle diteruskan. TETAPI, kalo mende ni diteruskan, landlord ni akan kehilangan berbelas ribu utk bayar lawyer dan die tau yg ktorg xmampu nk bayar 20ribu cad tuh.. kalo die menang pon, next perbicaraan akan berlangsung 1/2 tahun akan dtg n by that time ktorg dah blah balik msia pon, the worst thing yg bermain dlm kpale otak aku ialah ktorg masuk penjara sbb xleh bayar..
Disini, kite bole nampak kedua dua belah pihak dah mengalami kerugian.. So, the best thing yg bole wat is ktorg bayar sewa umah tu lg sebulan + duit utk drop charge + deductable utk insurance umah tu disebabkan nk baiki damage yg telah dilakukan oleh seseorang diantara kami yg BERSALAH secara xsengaja, tetapi aku consider salah gak sbb cuai (xpepasal org lain terlibat skali sbb name sume ade skali kat dalam lease)
Kadang2 Tuhan turunkan bala xkira org. Org yg xbersalah juga akan terlibat kalo mende dah nak jadik n terpakse tanggung akibat skali.
P/S: In a good way, the enemy taught me a few things that really got me down to brass tacks. Ni sume quote dr mulut die yg aku ingat:
"u dont challenge people" = jgn cari pasal
"study hard n make a lot of money coz u guys ll become engineers" = utk kes ni mmg aku rse sndiri kalo xde duit, xde kuasa n akan slalu kene tindas. Tgk keadaan dunia skarang sudeyhh.. xkan xpaham2 lg kot.. dah smpi mase utk ubah minda kpd minda kelas pertame.
Alhamdulillah.. Hope xde mende yg mengejutkan lg lpas ni sbb aku nk fokus kat study.

We re kids no more.. kapish!
Having said that,its true that sometimes there could be nothing worse than having at least 1 person around you who is capable of making your life a living hell.. They do shit, u pay the price..
We re talking about action, consequences and responsibility.. It's frustrating when this kind of people are unfortunately acting n thinking like brats.. which makes dealing with them is harder n a wallop on their head is significantly out of list.
We all do love jokes but something that could bring all of us to the court??!! And cost us thousand bucks and a great deal of time and effort after they screw up their life n others??!
I guess that is what being adult means.. Unfortunate events are odourless and u have to suck it up whenever they slap u on the face.. The best thing to do is always try hard to be good to others n be rational.
